Are you tired of burning screens from vellum? Are ready to start to print halftone dots and better quality work? The answer is to move up to an inexpensive inkjet printer and T-RIP for your film output.

Great for Small and Large Shops
Whether you are a small shop with no more than 13″ x 19″ inch film needs or a large production shop with a 44″ printer outputting a lot of films every day – we have a RIP for you.

The NEW T-RIP is based on the same technology and programming that we developed at U.S. Screen Print & Inkjet Technology with our very popular FastRIP. We also offer upgrades from FastRIP to T-RIP.

What is T-RIP?
T-RIP
is a software RIP (raster image processor) designed to make an inexpensive inkjet printer create very accurate and dense film positives very similar to much more expensive imagesetters. And, it works with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw.

T-RIP is ONLY a Windows based program but we have users having good luck using standard Windows emulation programs on a Mac. If you are a Mac user, simply download the Trial version and run it on an Intel based Mac using one of the standard Windows emulation programs. Email info@tbiznetwork.com for more details.

Without a RIP an inkjet printer will not print halftone dots and will not lay down enough ink for a solid/dense film positive for screen burning. This is especially important when trying to burn small halftone dots.

You have Total Control with T-RIP
T-RIP
gives complete control over the halftone frequency/line count, dot angle, dot shape, and more. T-RIP includes registration targets, film labels, and has settings for a variety of output resolutions and ink deposits. If you want DENSE black films with great looking halftone dots, this is it.

There are three different versions of T-RIP. The version you need is based on the printer you are using. The basic model is the DTP version which is for most smaller format printers.

**Notes on Epson Workforce: These are lower priced Epson printers that work well but unlike the 1400/1430 series they do not have dye based ink (darker on film). And, not every supplier carries third party ink, cartridges or bulk ink systems for these printers. They do NOT support “all black” printing. The reason for the “xx” in the model number is Epson uses different model numbers in different countries – for the same printer.

What is Today’s Most Popular Inkjet Printer?
The popular inkjet printer for screen printers is the Epson 1400 and Epson 1430. These printers print 13″ x 19″ films and have become the new standard for output devices. And, the “street price” is only $250(or less) from most online Epson dealers.

UPDATE: The Epson 1400 is getting hard to find but they have come out with the Epson 1430 which is the same basic printer under the hood but with a couple of new features. T-RIP works great with the Epson 1430! And, T-RIP now supports the lower prices Epson Work Force 7015 models (**see below for more details).

PLUS – T-RIP 1.2 now supports the entire Epson 4000 line of printers in the DTP version. This is a price reduction if you own an Epson 4000 series printer!

Upgrade from the popular FastRIP
T-RIP was formerly FastRIP and you can easily upgrade from FastRIP (if you have the dongle).

With T-RIP and an Epson 1430 inkjet printer ($275!)  you can have a high quality film output system for just over $700!

AND, this version does not require a dongle!**

BONUS
We are now including the complete T-ART DVD with a purchase of an upgrade or full version T-RIP. The DVD includes over 500 high-res images and is at least a $99 value.

Download a FREE Trial of T-RIP that is fully functioning for 15 days. Go to Download Page Here.

The Free Trial works on ALL the printers listed on the left. Once you purchase T-RIP you are unlocked for the version you paid for (DTP, XL, LF). You can also download the 66-page User Manual from the download page.

** IMPORTANT SECURITY INFORMATION: T-RIP is a SINGLE USER program only. This means it can only be installed on one computer. During the installation your computer’s “machine number” is sent to our server and the unlocking PIN you receive is based on that. You can’t easily move T-RIP around from computer to computer. If you have to do a re-install on the same computer that is no problem. If you want to move T-RIP to a different computer you need to notify us so we can deactivate the current installation and authorize a new installation. If you prefer to have a dongle security key in order to easily move T-RIP from computer to computer then there is an additional $50 fee. Contact support@tbiznetwork.com for details.
