November 17 – Quick industry announcement from Scott Fresener. It is with great sadness that I announce industry pioneer, and my good personal friend, mentor and confidant, Richard Labov, of Union Ink Company passed away Wednesday, November 17. Richard was a leading innovator and often unsung hero in this industry. He was a good friend of the Fresener family and published our book How To Print T-Shirts for Fun and Profit for 15 years.
A service is being held in Manhattan on November 19. I will publish more details in the coming days. It is a sad day in the industry and on a personal level.
