Plastisol – The Big Controversy

This one is hard.  Do you use Plastisol or not?  What country are you in?  What state are you in?  Who are your customer?  Can you believe everything you read?  Is there good science to back up the claims?  Do the ink companies know what is going on?

It is hard to know the answers because in some cases there are none.  If you are the average printer in Omaha Nebraska, chances are you didn’t even know there was a problem.  If you do contract printing for Nike or other large global companies, you knew the problem before you got the order.  They have drawn a line in the sand on the use of Phalates, BPH and other chemcials.

If you know about these problems or have first hand knowledge, please, please, please tell the printer world of your experiences.
